Established in 1980, ECA (East Coast Abstract, Inc.) has been providing its clients with the highest quality title services for more than 40 years. During this time, we have insured real property from Montauk to Maui. Our clients range in size from the sole practicing attorney to some of the most prestigious law firms in the country; from the spot builder to major developers.
We are proud of our success; to date ECA has issued title insurance policies on more than 150,000 single-family residences, condominiums and cooperative apartment units. In addition, the company has insured over 30,000 commercial projects, including high end luxury condominiums, affordable housing projects; office buildings; colleges; manufacturing plants; electric generating facilities; and shopping centers all over the United States. Along the way, ECA has expanded its business model to include 1031 Exchange and Settlement services to meet the needs of our clients.
